Prompt and an expert in her field --that's how I'd describe Attorney Kisner. I contacted her on a Friday afternoon for help with an emergency matter set for hearing on the following Tuesday. Most attorneys would have waited until the following week to respond, and then asked for a continuance of the hearing. But Attorney Kisner responded immediately, drilled down on the issues thoroughly, and won the hearing. I highly recommend Kim Kisner to any business owner or organization needing advice or representation.

Retaining Kim to help us launch our upscale salon is the best money we’ve ever spent. She led us every step of the way, assisting us through one of the most trying but exhilarating times of our lives. Kim is our first call when we need legal advice. We don’t cross the road on legal matters without Kim holding our hands.

I hired Kim for a hearing appeal after I failed the first time in lowering my property assessment. Honestly, Kim handled my case very professionally and responded promptly to all my phone calls and emails. She's a great lawyer who knows very well what she's doing. Her office represented me at court and was able to significantly lower my property taxes in a way that I truly never expected! It was a big relief and surely a significant saving. I HIGHLY recommend Kim Kisner!!

Kim was well prepared and professional. She explained the property assessment appeal value, and I involved myself in the hearing process. I was very pleased with the outcome of my appeal, and I would highly recommend her.

The assessment of my property was appealed by the township and Kim handled the appeal of the appeal. This was an excruciatingly-long process of over two years, but Kim would not have been more helpful. She was always extremely prompt in getting back to me and gave me a clear, realistic sense of how my case was proceeding. When my case was finally resolved, it was at a figure lower than what I had figured to be my best case scenario, much to Kim's credit. I would absolutely retain her services again.

In the 2011 Allegheny County Property Reassessment, my property value almost doubled and, the county had also flipped the addresses to my 2 deeds. Another attorney referred me to Kim Kisner and it was the best referral I’ve ever received. Kim is an excellent attorney whose knowledge of the frustrating appeals process in Allegheny County is outstanding. Due to her diligence and patience, my assessment was revised to a very reasonable value. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone. She is an excellent attorney as well as a genuinely good person.

Allegheny County had a court-ordered property reassessment in 2011. My assessed value increased 120% over the 2002 base year. Through the informal process I was able to get it reduced but the revised value was still higher than I believed was appropriate. I asked Kimberly to represent me at the formal appeal hearing and if necessary in Commonwealth Court. Her filing with the Hearing Board was successful and my new assessment was lowered to a value even lower than my original request. The revised value is now only 50% higher than the 2002 base year. A great job from the Kisner Law firm!

In 2010, our property assessment increased beyond belief (well over 50%). Considering the decline in home values at that time, we sought Kim's help. Through her diligent research and preparation of our appeal, our home was fairly valued. Plus, what a relief that we didn't need to take time off from work to attend the hearing. She skillfully appealed on our behalf, with an outcome that was very favorable. Kim's representation saved us both time and money.
